For orders in the category 3D Lentivular Fine Art & lightboxes, delivery time and the shipping method are decided between the buyer and Picture This upon every certain occasion. The customer covers shipping costs for fine art.


For orders via the online shop checkout, we use DHL as our primary shipping partner.

Within the EU
DHL Parcel Shop
Shipping costs €5, or free over a purchased amount of €50.
Delivery time 3-6 working days to most cities.

DHL Parcel Connect
Shipping costs €5, or free over a purchased amount of €50.
Delivery time 3-6 working days to most cities.

DHL Express
Shipping cost €10. Delivery time 1-3 working days to most cities.


Within Sweden
DHL Service Point
Shipping cost SEK49, or free over a purchased amount of SEK500.
Delivery time 2-3 working days to most cities.

DHL Home Delivery
Shipping cost SEK99. Delivery time 1-3 working days to most cities.

DHL Track & Trace is included for all shipments.


WHERE DO WE SHIP FROM?
Achtung Internet 3D is a company based in Sweden. All parcels are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARCEL CONNECT AND PARCEL SHOP?
Parcel Connect is a home delivery option, with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 working days to most cities. Parcel Shop brings your parcel to a service point with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 working days to most cities.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY PARCEL HAS ARRIVED?
When choosing Parcel Shop or Service Point as a delivery option, you will receive an email and/or a text message when your parcel has arrived at the pick-up destination.

When choosing Parcel Connect, Home Delivery, or Express the freight company will contact you to arrange the delivery time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER?
If you haven't received your order within the announced delivery time, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@achtunginternet.com, and we will help you. Unfortunately, suppose incorrect information (such as a delivery address, email address, telephone number) was provided incorrectly and affects the delivery. In that case, you may be responsible for the extra costs that may occur.



WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
If a parcel is uncollected and sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge a fee of €25. This fee covers freight and expedition costs.
